This all begins in city Bursa
today’s Turkey in late 1860s in the Armenian family of Markosyans. A family of grocery merchants who were making their living by selling agricultural products (vegetables & fruits) but this was just one side of the business. Since there was absolutely no access to vegetables and fruits during winter time – our beloved grandmother Theresa Marksoyan was also making homemade canned vegetables and fruits preserves well known all over the town and neighboring cities for its unique taste and second-to-none quality.
In 1915
this beautiful story is taking a horror twist by the beginning of probably the most horrific page in the modern human history – Armenian genocide, an unprecedented massacre of Armenian race.

Grandmother Markosyan
with just two of her grandchildren was able to run away and made her way back to her historical home – Armenia. All belongings were left behind except one item – the BOOK. These are the secret recipes to all 75 flavors that made the family famous all over Eastern Turkey.
This book
was lost for almost a century until her grand-grandchild accidently found it in their backyard storage covered in dust and dirt and this is the beginning of the brand MARK’s 75.
